Eric is a native of Arizona, where he still lives with his wife and two children. He earned his degree at the University of Arizona. There, he cultivated his talent for golf, playing on the collegiate team and then turning pro after graduation. After touring Canada and Asia playing professional golf, Eric decided it was time to join the corporate world. However, 10 years later, Eric realized his true passion was real estate investing.
Eric enjoys working with distressed homeowners and real estate investors throughout Arizona and the US assisting them with sales and investment solutions. His passion now is growing and teaching cash flowing real Estate through creating mortgages for deserving home owners. Eric is the owner of www.ericbuyshomes.com and www.creativedealmaker.com
Eric has been investing in real estate full time since 2004.
Eric has purchased and sold more than 1,000 properties. He specializes in creative financing solutions and never fails in his commitment to professional ethics.
